Karla joined The Alliance in August 2005 and her responsibilities include overseeing the billing department and customer service. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling & exercising.

Jenna joined The Alliance in February 2009. She manages all marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.

Chris Hart joined The Alliance in August 2000.  She enjoys working with our members and providing cost comparisons to help them find more ways to save.

Cynthia joined The Alliance in September 2017 as our Alliance Advantage Program Coordinator.

Mandy joined The Alliance in January 2000 and is dedicated to providing the best customer service to our members.

Brandy started working here in November 2013.  Her responsibilities include customer service, invoice requests and reconciling vendor statements.
